Architectural Lighting Design
Initial consultation begins with listening and collaboration. My job is to listen and ask questions to understand your vision and overall project goals so our team can collectively use our knowledge of lighting to create spaces that are engaging, flexible, functional, safe and inviting. Our design process is structured to engage participation across the project team to discover innovative and creative answers together.
Rebekah's love of lighting begins with her original love of art and lifetime habit of drawing and painting. She credits her ability to create fantastic architectural lighting designs to her formal study and practice of art. Deep knowledge of how light will interact with structure and form is the secret sauce to her lighting design success. Rebekah began her lighting design career in 2007 in Seattle at a small boutique lighting firm with a focus on high end residential projects, art lighting and hospitality projects. Transitioning into the world of engineering firms has provided a wealth of experience in multi-family mid-rises, healthcare, K-12 education, public transit, public parks and multi-use commercial projects.
Born and raised in Portland, Rebekah is proud to return to her roots and bring stellar lighting design to her hometown.
